2. Refund Policy

- Non-Drop Services: High-quality delivery designed for long-term retention.
- Lifetime Guarantee Services: Covered against drops for the lifetime of the order, as stated on the service page.
Important conditions:
- Orders are considered complete and non-refundable if the submitted link is later changed, made private, deleted, or found to contain 18+/adult content.
- Orders placed against an incorrect or invalid link are not eligible for refund, refill, or editing once processing has started.
